So, my pictures didn't go in order. They are backwards... This is Baby J, every time we would take him away from the box with the chickens in it. He loved watching them every minute! He seriously would get mad at us. Too funny! Of course it's cute when they are little.
He would just peep into the box like this and watch them and say "chic, chic, chic"
And here are the cute little things. This was the beginning of february, they are not much larger and outside in their coop. I can't believe how fast they grow, it is crazy! The kids love going out to feed them and water them and always check for eggs. We keep telling them it will be a while before we will get any eggs, but the are still diligent in checking.

Awww so cute, I think it is so cool that you have baby chics! Your baby is getting so big, I don't get a chance to check blogs very often anymore. I sorta dread the computer since I have to be on it doing college several hours a night. I am doing well, the kids have adjusted well to school and eveything is going well. I am busier than ever, but it is nice being able to see the kids several times a day at work/school. I love when we end up passing eachother in the halls and I can get a quick hug from them, it is nice. I am anxiously looking forward to 2011 when i am done with school so I can have more babies and enjoy that phase of life again. OK well I need to go play with the munchkins, we just got home. I just talked to Shelly wants to have a little Twilight party with Emily, Tiffany, and me, I am really looking forward to that. I never get to see them anymore with working and going to school,I miss them. Ok well have a happy Friday/weekend! Ali
That Jeric-crying photo is priceless, and Mariah is now BEGGING me to go outside and "catch some baby chicks" :)
I'm envious! One of these days, we'll have a chicken coop for fresh eggs too. How fun for your family.
I am so jealous,someday we will get some baby chicks again so we can let them run wild like the good old days in the log house.

Aw, he is totally darling. It's weird to see him crying since most every picture I've EVER seen of Jeric has a big smile plastered on his cute little face. But I guess he has a good reason! So I have a little cold but am determined to be better by Tuesday, so maybe we could come play!??!?! I'll keep you posted, but let me know what your sched is like and we'll plan.
Oh...and ironic as this is, can I maybe borrow your sewing machine? :-/
Oh yeah...and is shortcake and co. who I think it is? Could you ask her to send me an invite when you get a minute? I'd love to tell her Hi!
