Brad insisted on a prego picture by the tree? So here i am...5 weeks away...ready to EXPLODE it feels like. But i am glad the baby is healthy and me too!

Christmas Eve

Well, my pictures are all backwards...this is after they opened their gifts. PJ's from mom and dad and then Gma B sent down quite a few different little packages for each, so we let them pick one of those to go with jammies.

D opening his pjs...star wars legos were a huge hit! Plus he got a cool mario brothers box with candy in it from gma b



C got how to train a dragon pjs which he loved, but he said his present from gma b was the best! His Favorite! You can see by this sweet picture how he loved it. He just held it close and petted it. It is a picture of my mom n dad for each of the kids. C said, "this is so we can remember what they look like since we don't live by them" then he said, "gpa has no hair and gma has lots of hair!" It was very funny! He slept with his picture that night and has made sure it is with him each night since. He just loves it. He is so tender hearted. Must get that from his gpa B!!!

and J got thomas the train pj's and a cute little stuffed elephant finger puppet thing. He sleeps with that every nap and night time! They all loved their pj's and gift!!! It was a great Christmas Eve. We did presents, then cookies for santa, then finished with the story of Christmas...to hopefully end the night focusing on what Christmas is really about...the kids loved it and went to sleep so well too! Brad and I were in bed by 10:00 it was marvelous!!!

This is D's new past-time...he ties their byu blankets on the bed like this for "hammocks" and they have actually fallen asleep in them several times. he is pretty good at it! Of course mom is too nervous to let them sleep in them all night, worried they might suffocate or something weird, so....they get to fall asleep in them and then when mom n dad go to bed we go in and untie them and lay them flat. It is really cute.


D learned about pilgrims and indians for thanksgiving and for like a week he was into indian stuff. He used i think 8 of my dishrags and my mitten clips for coats to create his own "moccasins"


this is me prego about 2 months ago...the end of october. I am about 6 months along. Man, i don't feel like i look very big but i sure FEEL BIG and then when i see pics i do LOOK BIG! O-well, disadvantage to being "vertically challenged" as my dr. says. ;)

And here is D's full costume. Moccasins on the feet, his "tamahauk" that HE MADE BY HIMSELF on the back porch with wood, screws, and a screwdriver. And his headband is made of a basketball sweatband with his ninja turle sword thing with a paper wrapped around it to look like a feather. He came up with it by himself and was very creative.
