Okay, tonight is the night for disconnecting our phone, internet and cable t.v. Every time I mention it to Brad, he frowns and pouts...but it must be done. I will try my hardest to continue to check the blogs and email at least twice a month and will post to let you know it has been updated.
I send out a big farewell to my friends I have come into contact with, to digital scrapbooking downloads, to YW lesson helps and cute handouts, online shopping, music downloads, to archiving my photos at costco.com, and many more things I have been so used to having right at my fingertips!!! I will miss it all, but feel it will benefit our family with not such a tight budget and a more productive mother! ;) For all of you blog stalkers out there, you know what I mean!
I fear the withdrawals I am about to go through, but at least i am not totally cut off...it is just not there anytime i need it or want it. I have to wait to be patient until I can get to my grandpa's or the library without my kids.
Wish me luck and I will miss you Internet!!!

I downloaded pics...Finally!
there are three new posts below, with pics. hope you enjoy! Glad i got them on here before the internet goes. Everyone still check back and keep in touch. I will try and post to everyone when i update my blog again...

So, they way our year has been going medically, I started getting really nervous about having our trampoline. I don't know if it was me worrying myself sick or if I was being prompted, but I sold it. We had talked to the kids about it and said they could have the money to buy something else fun for outside. But when i acutally sold it, Dalton wouldn't talk to me for two days. He was furious and just cried. I felt awful.
I took them to the store to look around and get ideas of what they might want to buy with the money. They wanted one of the powerwheels jeeps. Since they didn't have enough money for a new one, i told them we'd have to talk to dad. WE remembered that his sister Sylvia had offered hers to us, it is old and sun faded, but said it had still worked when her kids outgrew it. So brad hauled it home. We went to buy a battery and charger for it...that alone was going to cost $90...so we waited a few more days. Brad found that online you can convert them over to use a normal 12V battery. So he had rewired it and when doing so, wired it for breaklights and headlights. I don't have a pic of it with those on yet. Anyway, the kids love it. They want to repaint it orange, like "Go, Diego, Go!" So i will post a finished picture when it is all "new" looking at least.
They wanted to drive it to the park, but it was getting late, and brad hadn't thought of the headlight idea yet, so they would not have been able to see. We just were going to take them around the block. I had put baby in our little umbrella stroller. We started walking and then brad's eyes lit up and ran back to the house. He came running up the driveway with my double jogging/bike stroller and hooked it up to their bumper... THE KIDS PULLED JERIC AROUND THE BLOCK!!! It was too funny and they got a lot of giggles from drivers passing by. They absolutely love it and have decided they have the most awesome dad ever!!!
Green River and Melon Days
The following pics are of the Green River Melon Days, we went to back in september. It was fun, they threw tons of candy in the parade, my boys shared a bag and came back with 1/2 a walmart bag full. They thought it was pretty cool. They had some funny "floats" in the parade. It is definately a different little town. There was this one lady that just walked up to a float and took a watermelon right off of it and ran back to her car. It was hilarious, she was like in her 60's. Pretty funny! The last pic of just a cute one of brad and Jeric and then one we took at the overlook point. Somewhere on the way to green river...

We're really doing it...
So, we have finally agreed to really cancel our home phone and internet. As budgets keep getting tighter and tighter, we are trying to eliminate anything that really is not needed. Although I feel internet is a necessity because i love blogging and emailing, in reality, it is not. I can still do those things, just not as often, through the library or brad's work etc.
I will try to check email and update blogs once a week or it may be every other. So, still post and send emails as we will still get them, we just won't be able to respond right away.
So, if there are any of you who I may need updated mailing addresses and phone numbers, would you please email them to me before this week is over, as our internet should be shut off around then. Thank you. I will be getting a cell phone, so if any of you are wanting me to call with that new info, please email me your phone.
thanks again, and send info to b j d c w i l s o n underscore 7 1 1 at msn dot com
