Leave me a memory...

1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you. If you don't want to play on your blog, or if you don't have a blog, I'll leave my memory of you in my comments.

I share the same memory you left on my blog--sorry not as fun. But, I'll share my side. I remember admiring all of you Boothe girls in Young Women's. I was so flattered to have you ask me to help in your desktop publishing class. You have always been so complimentary of me...you know how to make someone feel special. I always enjoy seeing you come back "home." It makes my heart happy to see what a great wife and mother you are.

So the place we hiked to is called Stewart Falls. It's up Provo Canyon by Aspen Grove I think. It was probably about a 4 mile hike in total. It wasn't real strenous though. If I could make the hike your kids probably could too :)

Your pictures of your family are really cute. I love the one of the boys kissing you, so cute.

I just remember the really nice note you wrote me about Chad Ashby. I always thought you were a really nice person :)

I've been thinking about all the memories from ages ago and one that sticks out was when your mom asked me to come over and babysit and your dog threw up and I made you clean it up and then Eric needed his diaper changed and I made you change it too. You probably hated me after that!

Heehee, Jen, so many many memories!!! The one that stuck out to me right away was always trying (unsuccessfully) to teach you how to rhyme as a kid, LOL!

A more recent one is all our emails and phone conversations when we were pregs with M and C and when we were trying to get back in shape together! Good talks, good times! :)
(Since I don't have a non-work blog, you can just email me one! :)).

Hi Jennie Boothe! I can't believe you found me on here, I am so happy! I have Shelly linked to my blog too, but she hasn't really changed her blog in almost a year or so. Have you seen her new baby Claire? Such a cutie pie. Ok I am rambling when I should be leaving a comment. Um I remember going on hikes at your grandparents ranch area in St. George. I remeber me you and Emily walking past this old two story empty house around there and pretending it was haunted. I remember we somehow peeked in the garage or basement or something and we saw a dried up dead lizard. I don't know why that memory sticks out. I also remember all of us sleeping in the unfinished basement there at your grampas and just talking and laughing half the night. Good times! My email is ali_devey@yahoo.com

I have tons of memories of the fun and goofy thing that we did in high school, but one stands out the very most in my mind was the night that we had a sleep over or a very late party at my house and we played dress up did our hair and make and danced in my room and recorded the whole thing. And yes we were all acting pretty crazy!!! with the exception of you, you just happened to be the quiet one and recorded the whole thing. It is to bad I don't know what happened to that tape cause it would be pretty funny to watch now days. Oh what fun memories!!!

Hey,
Sorry I haven't been up on my blog much while I've been here in Utah. I'm staying up in Salt Lake cause that's where Joel is doing his internship. We are planning on coming down Friday or Saturday, if you're still here I'd love to see you....Let me know:) The memory I have of you most is getting the sunburn of your life in Lake Powell on our Senior trip. I felt so bad for you... I mean who ever thinks to put sunscreen on the top of their feet? I don't think I ever do. When I went on my cruise in may with Joel's family our cousin had the same thing happen to him...the tops of his feet were swollen, red, and one big blister. It made me think of you.
